it’s time to participate, dammit! don’t be such a chicken.

Remember awhile back…when I let you ask me whatever the hell you wanted?

And (some) of you did just that…though I’m not even sure if they still even exist…they’ve *probably* vanished all, “Thanks! Got what I needed. Peace out!” *poof*

But the point is, I answered.

Oh, you didn’t read booshy then?

Well, why the hell not?

Oh, yes, I remember now…it’s because booshy isn’t like…blasted all over the internet and it actually takes a conscious, concerted effort to “stumble” across this little blog. Right. Makes perfect sense. Thanks for making that effort. You’re awesome.

No,  I mean it.  That was actually not *meant* to come across sarcastic, though I think it totally did.

And today just so happens to be like, early Christmas for you.

I mean, if booshy ever does become blasted everywhere…(ever…keyword, here. Like, never), I’m sure the first posts to magically disappear will be the one’s where I divulge all my crazy secrets…privacy rights and all…damn.

But, since I currently have nothing to lose, I’m at the mercy of you and your creative little brain.

So, whether you’re new and curious or old and forgetful or somewhere inbetween…if you’re wondering if I have a tattoo or some random piercing…now would be an ideal time to ask.  Actually, between now and Sunday.  I’ll post the answers on Monday…won’t that be a fun way to start the week?  Embarrassing myself.  Yay me!

It’s like a game truth or dare…except you never have to answer and the choice is always truth…or something like that.

Think of it as payback for me asking for your thankfulness…which, by the way…where the hell is it?

Procrastinate much?

Yah, me too.

    Everyone reads Booshy right?

Since you are a newlywed, I’d like to know how you handle those moments when your husband just gets on your last nerve. Don’t lie and say it doesn’t happen … because it happens to EVERYONE. Do you look him in the eye and tell him to leave you alone? Do you mercilessly make fun of him? Or do you avoid him entirely? Or, is it something totally different?

  5. 5 Daphne November 13, 2009 at 11:26 am

    Ok, you asked for it…

What is really keeping you and Tim from getting the heck out of Georgia?

Jessica, Seriously? Hmmm…. No I won’t go there in a public forum such as this. Hey, I did send my thankfulness thing so Pfft.
Just so I can say I participated though… Who, in your humble opinion, are the worst 3 bloggers on here based on writing skill and blog content? GOTCHA! I really don’t want you to answer that. I know we are all awesome. (trying desperately not to crack a smile) I’m not exactly sure why I sometimes feel like the Darth Vader of blog comments. Have a good day then!

My thankfulness and question will be coming later this weekend.

What type of stalker would I be if I ignored such a perfect opportunity to pry?

But stop it with the homework because I am not as awesome as you!

Thanks for the well wishes on my blog! I’m feeling much better already. Perused your blog– I enjoy your writing and your hubby’s amazing photos! Enjoyed the photos of your fur-babies, too 🙂

I’ve just started reading your blog, thanks to you making yourself known on MY blog! 😀 I’m not even sure what all this “homework” stuff is. Sheesh, I do enough homework with my son and his school as it is, and now you want me to do MORE? Good grief, I think I need a “mental health” day already. 😉

Maybe when I feel a bit more comfortable here … maybe. 🙂

  18. 18 liz November 14, 2009 at 6:36 am

OK…will do your thankfullness in a minute… you are such a nagger!

    Let’s see…questions.

Firstly … looking forward to your answers to some of the other bloggers questions … good ones guys.

here we go ….complete these sentences

A perfect day for me would be ……

3 things I loved doing as a kid but don’t do anymore ….

A few ways I am good to myself ….

    If I ruled the world I’d ……

Have a great weekend Jessica …that’s not a question!

    Liz

I wasn’t yet a faithful reader of your blog till recently and therefore I didn’t read the “answers” till now. So were you saying that Booshy is a more civilized way in saying B-S judging by the example you gave. 😉 Well BS or not, I like what you have to say. Yes, thanksgiving homework assignment… I think about it daily. I DO! Does that count? Well, it didn’t count for my teachers at school either.

Mkay, deep cleaning today and found my complete book of questions. To be fair, I will flip through the book with my eyes closed and randomly jab a question with my finger – twice.

    Here goes…..

Do you think a sixth sense exists? Explain.

What “close call” did you have from your past? Describe it.

I didn’t pick em. Blame the finger, the pointy one.

  21. 21 Theresa Berend November 14, 2009 at 10:48 pm

Do you now, or have you ever, had a nickname. If so, what is it and where did it come from?

  22. 22 dirtclustit November 15, 2009 at 2:10 am

    Alright Jessica,
I am going to start out with an apology cause I am sorry for the depth of these very personal and intimate thoughts I will ask you to share.

BUT REMEMBER IT WAS YOU WHO POSTED THIS INVITATION

so you cannot blame me for responding (as this is what you clearly asked for or at least gave me the impression my questions would be ‘alright’ to ask)

I will left you off easy and only ask you three

    1) Now of course your answer will never be known to be or believed as fact (I am only asking for your belief… you opinion)

hypothetically speaking: if you were playing a game of scrabble and after a word was played it was noticed that this particular sequence spelled a valid word both from left to right and right to left. Would you say the points awarded should be doubled (for spelling a word both forwardly and reversidly?)

    2) Do you believe or are you in the opinion that it is not against the rules to browse through a dictionary ‘just for word ideas’ For example borwsing the entire dictionary instead of looking up specific words which you may think you have the tiles to spell but need verification?

3)This is a very straight forward yes or no question (no room for vaqueness or unanswered)

Is you first name REALLY booshy?

    🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

again sorry if my questions appear too personal in nature

  23. 23 maureenlynn November 15, 2009 at 4:56 pm

Ok I’m back. Since I haven’t been reading your blog for too long I’ll ask some personal history questions that have probably already been answered, but oh well.

What kind of work did you do before deciding to write your book and what did you go to school for?

And how did you meet Tim?
