chickamauga training

My training for the Chickamauga Marathon – it’s an excel document…so please excuse the formatting…it looks nothing like this in excel…  The mileage is the top number and the time it took me to complete said mileage is below for each day.  Rest days were my favorite.  The post the goes along with this is the “running things i can’t live without.”  I am currently looking for a home for this schedule…once it moves I’ll be sure to put its new address.
